Little about the photographer
From childhood I have always been fussy with my food, and it has always been my parents problem enticing me to eat any dish. Eating food for me is a decision making process that may be compared to a risk assessment. I believe color, presentation and texture of the dish is very important when serving any cuisine. This is where I get my inspiration, to photograph food at it's best light; because good presented food is GOOD eating FOOD.
